font-weight: bold;"&gt;Préparation&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:webdings;" &gt;    :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Graisser vos moule ou cercle, tamiser la farine avec le cacao.    &lt;br /&gt;Casser les oeufs et blanchir avec le sucre.    &lt;br /&gt;Au bain Marie fouetter  les oeufs et le sucre jusqu'a ce que le mélange est atteint la température de 50 °.    &lt;br /&gt;Retirer du bain Marie et fouetter énergiquement jusqu'a blanchiment, épaississement et refroidissement.    &lt;br /&gt;Verser en pluie fine la farine et le cacao et mélanger délicatement le mélange sans le faire retomber. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Verser dans un moule t cuire a four doux 180) pendant 20mn (Suivant le four)    &lt;br /&gt;Vérifier la cuisson, en plantant une pointe de couteau au milieu, celui-ci doit ressortir propre.    &lt;br /&gt;Décercler et retourner sur un linge ou un papier alimentaire , afin d'obtenir une génoise bien régulière et plane de chaque côtés.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-size:130%;" &gt;&lt;b style="font-family: webdings;
